Send a brief by email

Email [email protected] with a short description of what you sell, the markets you target, your goal, your budget range and your deadline. You do not need a finished brief document. Six lines covering those points is enough for us to reply with questions or an initial view on the channel mix.

What a short brief usually contains

  • Product What you sell, and who buys it today.
  • Markets Countries, regions or cities, and the language of the campaign.
  • Goal Awareness, leads, store visits, launch support — one sentence is fine.
  • Budget A range, not an exact figure. It changes which channels are realistic.
  • Dates When the campaign should start and when it needs to stop.

Brief end — what to send

Six lines, one plain email, no attachment needed. Tell us the business goal, the product or service, the market and language, the budget range, the campaign window, and anything you already measure — analytics, call tracking, previous campaign data. Messy historical data is still useful: it shortens the diagnosis and tells us which channels have already been tested around your brand.

Working method

What happens after you write

We read the brief and reply with clarifying questions where something is unclear, usually within a couple of working days. If the project looks like a fit, we suggest a call to go through the goal and constraints in more detail. After that call we put the plan in writing, including the budget split and the measurement setup, and nothing is booked before you approve it.

First reply

Questions on anything the brief leaves open — market, timing, what success looks like for you.

Scoping call

A short conversation on goal, constraints and the channels that make sense at your budget.

Written plan

Budget split, production needs and measurement setup in one document. Nothing is booked until you approve it.

What to include in a brief

Useful details, in order of how much they help. You do not need every line filled in — send what you have and we will ask for the rest.

First The business goal in one sentence More sales, more qualified enquiries, a product launch, a brand that needs to be known in a new city.
Then The product or service What is being advertised, in plain words. One paragraph beats a catalogue.
Then Target market and language Poland only, Poland plus neighbouring markets, or a wider European footprint — and which language the ads run in.
Then Budget range A range is enough. It decides whether a channel mix is realistic before anyone designs a plan.
Then Start and end dates Including any fixed date — a trade fair, a season start, a product handover.
Finally Tracking already in place Analytics, conversion tags, call tracking, a CRM. If you have historical campaign data, even messy data, mention it.

Questions we can answer quickly

Not every question needs a full plan. These are the ones we can usually answer in an email thread. If your question needs a written plan to answer properly, we will say so and suggest a call instead.

Which channels make sense at my budget?

Open

It depends on the goal and the range. A small budget concentrated on search and one social channel usually beats the same money spread across six formats. Tell us the range and we will tell you what it can realistically buy, including what it cannot.

Search or programmatic for a launch?

Open

Search captures people already looking for what you sell; programmatic builds reach where that demand does not exist yet. For a launch, most brands need both, sequenced — search first where there is existing demand, programmatic and video alongside to create awareness. We can talk through which half to start with.

How does outdoor planning work around local rules in Poland?

Open

Outdoor in Poland means city-by-city rules on placement, format and campaign registration, plus lead times for printing and installation. That is why outdoor plans start from the calendar, not the map — tell us the city and the dates and we will flag what has to be booked first.

What tracking needs to be in place before launch?

Open

At minimum, analytics on the pages the campaign points to and a conversion event for the action you care about — a form, a call, a purchase. Call tracking helps if the phone matters. Everything else can be added later, but these need to work before the first zloty is spent.

How long does production take for video or DOOH?

Open

It varies with format, revisions and how much material already exists. A cutdown from existing footage moves much faster than a shoot from scratch. Tell us the launch date first and we will tell you what is feasible in the time available, and what would need to be cut.
